What we did
We’ve partnered with FSP over the past 5 years to support their people to be the best they can be, through access to a range of services including coaching, workshops and toolkits. Highly practical sessions focus on an aspect of healthy high performance – for example aimed at building resilience, enhancing well-being, managing change, or developing a new habit.
The impact
Mezzana’s input have supported FSP create a culture where there’s a common framework, language and approach to healthy high performance. The sessions have also provided the opportunity for people to reflect, connect and commit to change, setting a precedent for people to do this more regularly and habitually across the business.
