What we did
The senior leadership team recognised that in order to lead a culture of high performance, they needed to be operating individually and collectively at the highest level – role models and standard bearers for excellence. Using our Exceptional Teams framework, a six month development programme supported them as they realigned around their purpose and deliverables, and developed new team and individual leadership behaviours.
